What is the most valuable commodity of our era? Is it oil, diamonds, or cobalt? Most things you can think of may have great value, but they will never come close to the most valuable thing, attention. Without attention, your leadership, culture, and business will fade into oblivion faster than you can say, Peewee Herman. But how can we grab and keep attention? We could ask the Kardashians. They individually and collectively kept our attention for 15 years. But I’m guessing you’re not looking for that kind of attention.

Think about it. We’ve all been somewhere listening to someone speak, whether it’s at a conference or a coffee shop, and a person is telling a story that grabs our attention, and you can’t pull away.

Now, you’ve likely heard podcasts and read books about storytelling. But what if I told you there are at least a few gems everyone misses? Those gems will give you Superpower Storytelling so you can tell the stories you need to tell to lead successfully! That’s what our guest for the next two episodes is the master of. If you’ve ever done anything that even has the slightest area of sales or marketing, you no doubt already know the power of telling great stories to grab attention. However, everyone is now doing that, so how do you grab that attention and keep it?

Our guest for these next two episodes is Stephen Steers.

Stephen is a sales consultant, author, and speaker and has consulted, advised, and led workshops for over 600 companies from 28 countries. He is also the author of a brand-new book, Superpower Storytelling, a Tactical Guide to Telling the Stories You Need to Lead, Sell and Inspire!

The 4 Questions You Must Answer Before Telling Any Story

In recent years, our country has experienced deep divisions fueled by political polarization, social unrest, and economic disparities. The rise of identity politics has further exacerbated these tensions, with people retreating into their respective ideological echo chambers. It’s essential to acknowledge that these divisions are not new; they have long been simmering beneath the surface, waiting for the right spark to ignite.

To honestly address these challenges, we must first recognize that our collective identity is not monolithic. America is diverse, encompassing many perspectives, backgrounds, and experiences. However, it also requires us to navigate complex issues with empathy, understanding, and a willingness to listen.

The path to reconciliation starts with open and respectful dialogue. We must create spaces where individuals from different walks of life can come together, share their stories, and truly listen to one another. This means setting aside preconceived notions, biases and approaching conversations with an open mind and even more open hearts. But how?

Today we will have that conversation by proxy, asking what it will take to change.

Our guests for these next two episodes are an Emmy award-winning television personality whom Americans invited into their homes for over 17 years. He is a decorated former naval officer, inspirational speaker, prolific author, entrepreneur, and fierce advocate for patients worldwide.

Our other guest is the author of the book, The Cure For Hate, and he is also the focus of the 2023 documentary movie, The Cure for Hate: Bearing Witness to Auschwitz.

Our guests have met before but under very different circumstances that, in many ways, reflect one axis of the division in America. Knowing them both, I created a goal to bring them back together as a sanity touchstone to show the healing of separated factions #StartsWithUS.

Our guests for the next two episodes are an Ex-Neo Nazi, now the Neo-Compassionist, Tony McAleer, and fierce veteran’s advocate, host of The Montel Williams Show, Montel Williams.

Could Stress Be a Myth?

ChatGPT is an AI-powered chatbot that has taken the world by storm with its incredible human-like text generation capabilities. However, while AI has made massive progress in recent years, it still needs the crucial and most human ingredient of Experiential-Wisdom-Intelligence (E.W.I.).

Experiential-Wisdom-Intelligence is vital for making ethical decisions and understanding the nuances of human behavior. Without it, there is a risk that AI could potentially cause harm to society, which is why experts like Elon Musk and Geoffrey Hinton, The Godfather of AI, who recently quit Google, have raised concerns about its development.

Is A.G.I. the Future of Technology or a Threat to Humanity? The future of technology is an exciting but challenging prospect, and as we continue to advance, we must consider the ethical implications of our actions. The debate around A.G.I. (Artificial General Intelligence) is a crucial one, as it could unlock a brighter tomorrow, but it also poses a significant threat to humanity if not developed responsibly. Join the conversation and be part of the #ChatGPT revolution, where we explore the future of AI and its impact on society. Let’s work together to create a future where AI and humans can coexist harmoniously.

That’s the vast and intriguing road we’re going down for the next two episodes as we explore the future of Artificial Intelligence and how much it will or will not change our reality. And is it the biggest threat to our future or, are we distracted by it and missing what matters?

Our guests for the next two episodes are two of the world’s leading futurists who have shared the stage with many leaders in leadership and technology. Today, they are with us to gaze into their crystal balls as we consider future trends and the impact of A.G.I. and its impact on us all.

Gerd Leonard is one of the top-rated futurists worldwide. He has presented at over 1700 leading conferences and events over the past 20 years and has worked with the likes of Microsoft, NBC, Visa, Google, the European Commission, Audi, Deloitte and IBM. Gerd was named as one of Wired U.K.’s Most Influential Europeans in 2015 and is listed as #7 in the global ranking of futurists. He the author of the international bestseller, Technology vs Humanity: The coming clash between Man and Machine.

The war in Ukraine may have distracted you from the US war in Afghanistan. A war that lasted 20 years and cost nearly 2 trillion dollars. You can likely remember the images seen on TV from August of 2021 of Kabul airport as the US pulled out. 1000s of Afghans rushed onto the tarmac of Kabul International Airport, so desperate to escape the Taliban that they were clinging to military jets as they took off. This all happened as the Taliban enforced their rule over the Capitol.

War has horrendous costs, but so does abandoning allies.

Our guest for the next two episodes is someone who understands the cost of war firsthand.
