1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing, or using the AMFM247 Media website or engaging our services—including but not limited to radio station distribution, consulting, marketing, and graphic design—you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.
2. Services Provided
AMFM247 Media provides a range of media and marketing services including:

Radio station distribution and syndication

Audio and video broadcasting

Website development and graphic design

Consulting and marketing strategy

Advertising and promotional campaigns
All services are subject to these Terms and any separate written agreements executed between the client and AMFM247 Media.
3. Payment Terms

A 50% deposit is required before work begins.

Remaining balances are due upon completion of services or prior to publication/distribution of final materials.

For broadcasting services, a 90-day minimum commitment applies. After this period, services will continue on a month-to-month basis unless cancelled in writing with 30 days’ notice.

AMFM247 Media retains full ownership of all created content, designs, or materials until payment is made in full.
Late payments may incur fees or suspension of service at the company’s discretion.
4. Refund Policy
All sales and deposits are non-refundable.
If a client is dissatisfied, AMFM247 Media will make commercially reasonable efforts to correct or modify the service to meet expectations. Refunds will not be issued under any circumstances.
5. Intellectual Property

All creative materials, including but not limited to designs, graphics, audio, video, written content, and marketing assets, remain the exclusive property of Emma Lynn Dowd Enterprise, LLC until full payment is received.

Upon full payment, the client receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the materials for their intended purpose unless otherwise stated in writing.

AMFM247 Media reserves the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio, website, and promotional materials.
6. Broadcasting & Distribution Terms

Clients engaging in radio or streaming distribution must comply with all applicable FCC, copyright, and content standards.

AMFM247 Media reserves the right to refuse or remove programming that violates legal, ethical, or quality standards at its sole discretion.

All broadcasting schedules and airtime placements are subject to availability and may change with notice.
7. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information necessary for service fulfillment.

Obtain proper permissions for all materials provided to AMFM247 Media.

Not submit any content that infringes on third-party rights, violates laws, or contains defamatory, obscene, or unlawful material.
8. Website Use & Content
The AMFM247 Media website, its content, logos, and branding are the property of Emma Lynn Dowd Enterprise, LLC. Users may not copy, modify, or redistribute any website materials without written permission.
We make no guarantees that the website or its content will always be available, accurate, or error-free.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AMFM247 Media and Emma Lynn Dowd Enterprise, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from or in connection with the use of our services or website.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
10. Confidentiality
AMFM247 Media agrees to keep all client information confidential and not disclose or use it for purposes other than providing agreed-upon services, except as required by law.
11. Termination
AMFM247 Media reserves the right to terminate services immediately if the client violates these Terms, fails to make payments, or engages in unethical or unlawful behavior. Upon termination, all unpaid balances remain due.
12. Modifications
We may update or revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. The most current version will always be available at https://amfm247media.com. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms and all transactions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Orange County, Florida.
